How It Works
We do not function as a traditional reseller or retailer, nor do we stock inventory. Instead, Indifetch offers a request-based sourcing system:
- Customers submit a form detailing the product name(s), source URL (if available), product image (mandatory if URL isn’t provided), quantity, estimated price, and weight.
- Based on this, we provide a shipping-inclusive price estimate and begin sourcing the items after confirmation.
Once confirmed, we handle the procurement from Indian marketplaces, brands, local vendors, and manufacturers, and ensure they reach you securely and legally.
Fulfillment-Only Model
Note: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Indifetch is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or an authorized reseller of any specific brand, manufacturer, or marketplace. Any product listings or brand mentions are purely for identification and customer assistance purposes based on sourcing requests.
For select products, we may showcase official brand partnerships where we hold authorization — and these will be clearly indicated on the product pages.
What We Don’t Ship
We follow strict export compliance and do not handle:
- Electronics or battery-operated items
- Frozen/perishable products (shelf life under 30 days)
- Any item prohibited for international shipping
Customers are responsible for ensuring import legality in their destination country.
