Return Policy
We do not accept product returns.
Only refunds or replacements may be provided under specific conditions outlined below.
Refund & Replacement Policy
Refund/Replacement Window
- Eligible for request within 7 days of delivery, based on courier tracking.
- Requests after 7 days will not be entertained, even in case of damage.
Eligible Cases
Refunds or replacements will be considered only in the following situations:
- Damaged or broken product
- Leaked/spilled item
Clear photographic evidence of the item’s condition is mandatory.
Note: Damage to outer packaging does not qualify unless product itself is affected.
Partial Compensation
For minor leakage/damage, we may offer a 5–10% discount as compensation instead of a full refund.
Undelivered or Missing Orders
- If your order is not delivered after 15 days of expected delivery, contact us for review.
- If the customer is unresponsive or refuses delivery, no refund will be issued.
- Cooperation with last-mile delivery agent is mandatory.
Cancellation Policy
You may request to cancel your order:
- Within 24–48 hours of placing the order.
- After this window, cancellations are subject to order status and fulfillment stage.
Delivery Address Change
- Requests for address change follow the same 24–48 hour rule.
- If the order is already shipped, changes cannot be made.
⚠️ Non-Compliance & Misuse
Customers engaging in:
- Misleading information
- Refusing cooperation
- Abusive communication
…may be permanently banned, with no eligibility for refunds or replacements.
⏱️ Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 4–7 business days.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.
